3.6 Non-Transferability. Your eswin account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of both accounts involved.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. eswin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at eswin's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. eswin aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. eswin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or fraud investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. eswin reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the eswin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eswin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. eswin reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
5.1 eswin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

11.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
11.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
